GDC Communities has invested over 250 million since 2008 in California residential real estate projects.

Southern California has been a very successful location, where GDC delivered 1,445 lots/units to homebuyers since 2010.

Since 2010, GDC has been an active participant in the Inland Empire market, including the purchase of distressed real estate and partnering with builders to construct homes throughout the region, totaling over 1,500 residential units to date.
