Alberta Alpine Ski Association
Through our support of the Alberta Alpine Ski Association, we’re helping young athletes dream bigger and reach higher. By reducing financial barriers for youth ski programs across Alberta, more kids can access coaching, compete in races, and grow through sport. Whether they’re aiming for the Olympics or simply building confidence on the slopes, every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Movember
Mustaches with a mission! Every November, Genstar team members across the country rally together to raise funds and awareness for men’s health through the Movember campaign. By growing mustaches and sparking conversations, we help break down the stigma surrounding prostate cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Our collective efforts support life-changing research and vital programs that improve men’s lives.
Gingercane contest
As community developers, we build with purpose — but during the holidays, we also build with candy canes and frosting! Genstar is proud to join the annual Gingercane Contest, hosted by E2 + Associates in support of the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. It’s a sweet way to help raise funds for vital for children and families who need it most.
Kids Cancer Camp Kindle
At Genstar, we know the power of place, and few places are more powerful than Camp Kindle. As a safe haven for kids with affected by cancer, Camp Kindle creates space for outdoor play, movement, friendship, and the simple magic of being a child again. Genstar is proud to support Kids Cancer Care in delivering this transformative experience and building emotional resilience in the face of life’s toughest challenges.
WIN House
Every woman and child deserve safety. That’s why Genstar is proud to support the WIN House, a refuge in Edmonton for women and children affected by domestic violence. WIN House provides more than shelter — it offers compassion, safety planning, and critical resources to help survivors rebuild their lives. Genstar is honoured to support this essential work, helping create safe spaces where survivors can begin again. Because strong communities begin with safe homes.
We’re also honoured to support organizations such as Camp Quality, Manitoba Harvest, Santa’s Anonymous, Seven Oaks Hospital Foundation, Siloam Mission, Spruce Meadows Leg Up Foundation, Willow Place, and YMCA Calgary.
